تعرضت للنصب والاحتيال من شركة العربي للتجاره والصناعه الشهيره بتوشيبا العربي حيث قمت بشراء ثلاجه بمبلغ 5840 بتاريخ 11اكتوبر2019 وهي عباره عن ثلاجه توشيبا نوفرست سعة 378لتر2باب لون سيلفرمقبض دفن gr40برقم طلب 5319963 وقاموا بتسليمي الثلاجه بتاريخ 11 اكتوبر 2019 وطلبوا مني عدم تشغيلها الابعدمرور 8ساعات وبعد الميعاد المذكور قمت بتشغيلها فوجدتها لاتعمل بل لاتصلح للاستعمال وتسبب ذلك في تعفن الطعام الخاص بمنزلي ومنزل اسرتي فاتصلت بخدمة عملاء توشيبا العربي ورقمه 19319فارسلوا الي مندوب بتاريخ 15اكتوبر2019 فوعدني المندوب باذن سحب واستبدال بسبب ان الثلاجه لاتصلح للاستعمال وبها كل العيوب وطلب مني المندوب ان اتواصل مع خدمة العملاء وتواصلت معهم عشرات المرات ولاحياة لمن تنادي وانا اخشي ان يضيع علي مبلع 5840 دفعت فيهم دم قلبي وانا مواطن ضعيف وغلبان ويعلم الله انني استلفت اغلب هذا المبلغ ولم اسدد اكثره وجاء مندويو توشيبا بثلاجه عاطله ولاتساوي مليم ولم يستبدلوها لي واخشي من ضياع هذا المبلغ الكبير وقد فعلوا ذلك مع كثيرين واخشي ان يفعلوا ذلك معي
لذلك ارجو من جهاز حماية المستهلك التحقيق مع المسئولين بالشركه المذكوره وارسال ثلاجه صالحه للاستعمال او ارسال المبلغ الذي دفعته لهم
ومعي كل المستندات الخاصه بالثلاجه العاطله من اذن صرف وتسليم بضاعه والضمان
