خلال استمتاعك باجازه عيد التنصيب التي قيل انها احتفالا باستكمال استحقاقات خريطه الطريق (يعني مفيش مجلس شعب و لا انتخابات بعد الان) ثم قال السيد السيسي بعدها انه مسئول عن استكمال خريطه الطريق، لذلك فقد احترنا هل اكتملت الخريطه ام ان البحث عن الكنز ما زال دائرا. و لكن خلال استمتاعك بالاجازه المفاجئة تعال نتعرف علي الإجازات في دول يعيش فيها أناس يظن حكامهم ان شعبه من صنف البني آدم.

في الولايات المتحده يكون اقرار الإجازات الفيدراليه بقرار من الكونجرس فقط. و يصدر ذلك بقانون. و هذا القانون وفقا للدستور الامريكي ملزم فقط لموظفي الحكومه الفيدراليه. و لا يتوجب علي الولايات المختلفة الالتزام به الا اذا أقرت هي ذاتها قانونا مماثلا في كل ولايه و هو ما حدث في عدد معين من الإجازات مثل رأس السنه و عيد الاستقلال و ذكري المحاربين القدامي و عيد العمال و عيد الشكر مثلا.

و القانون الصادر علي المستوي الفيدرالي لا يلزم القطاع الخاص و لكن يمكن لمجالس الولايات ان تلزم الشركات العامله فيها. و مثال ذلك عيد ميلاد مارتن لوثر كنج و هو أجازه فيدرالية و لكن لان القانون لم يصدر بعد في كل الولايات فان بعض الشركات تأخذه أجازه و بعضها مثل الشركات العامله في تكساس مثلا لا تأخذ أجازه في هذا اليوم.

و يأخذ اقرار أجازه جديده سنوات فعيد ميلاد مارتن لوثر كنج أقر فيدراليا في ١٩٨٣ و مازال قيد النقاش في الولايات المختلفة.

كذلك فقد ارتأي الكونجرس لتيسير احوال المواطنين ان تأتي الإجازات اما ايام الخميس و الجمعه مثل عيد الشكر او الاثنين مثل عيد العمال حتي تصبح أجازه طويله معلومه للجميع و بالتالي يمكن ترتيب عطلات عائليه طويله.

قارن ذلك في مصر عندما يصدر قرار الاجازه قبله بعده ايام او ساعات!

و هذه ليست المره الاولي حيث في فبراير ١٩٨٩ قررت مصر حسني مبارك فجأه اعلان الوحده مع الأردن و اليمن و العراق فيما اطلق عليه مجلس التعاون العربي. كان ذلك يوم خميس و أعلن يوم السبت أجازه!

انتهي مجلس التعاون العربي و إجازته نهايه مأساوية غير مأسوف علي شبابه بعد عام و نصف من تكوينه!

لنبدأ العمل الان... حانت ساعه العمل بالاستمتاع بالاجازه.
