لقد سنت السيرة النبوية العديد من الأمور وأن هذه الأمور لها مردود إيجابي في الدنيا والآخرة ومن هذه الأمور هي نحر الأضاحي في اليوم العاشر من ذي الحجة حيث يقوم المسلمون بنحر الأضاحي في هذا اليوم المبارك ويقوموا بتزويع اللحوم على عامة فقراء المسلمين وكذلك النحر بنفس اليوم في منى للحجيج من أكمل رمي جمرات العقبة الكبرى وكذلك هنالك ما يسمى بالعقيقة حيث حيث يعق عن المولود كان ذكر ام أنثى بأحد الانعام الإبل أم الشاة أم البقر وينحر الذكر للذكر والأنثى لأنثى ويجب أن تكون العقية أو الأضحية كما أشرنا أعلاه بأن ذي موصفات جيدة تخلوا من أي أمر أو عاهة جسدية عليها وقد بين سماحة المرجع الأستاذ تفاصيل هذا الأمر خلال الاستفتاء الذي رفع لسماحته أحدهم يسأل عن العقيقة فكان جواب سماحته مفصلاً واضحاً أدناه السؤال مع جواب سماحة المرجع الأستاذ للاطلاع :
العقيقة
١- متى تكون العقيقة؟
٢- ما هو مقدار العقيقة؟
٣- ما هي متطلبات العقيقة؟
٤- هل يجوز لأهل المولود (الأب والأم) الأكل منها؟
٥- هل يجوز التصدق بأموال العقيقة؟
بِسْمِهِ تَعَالَى:
١- في اليوم السّابع.
٢- تجزي الشّاة والبقرة والبدنة، والأفضل الكبش.
٣- يستحب أن يعقّ عن الذكر بذكر وعن الأنثى بأنثى، وتكون سالمة من العيوب، وتكون سمينة، ويستحب أن تقطع جداول، وقيل: يكره أن تكسر العظام، ويستحب أن تعطى القابلة من العقيقة الرّبع ويقسم الباقي على المؤمنين، والأفضل أن يطبخ ويعمل عليه وليمة ويكون عددهم عشرة فما زاد، وأن يطبخ بالماء والملح.
٤- يكره ذلك، والأحوط استحبابًا للأم ترك الأكل منها.
٥- لا يجزي عن العقيقة التصدّق بثمنها.
