تبنى الامم بشعوبها وتتطور و تزدهر لتصل الى مراحل من العلم يميز كل أمة عن غيرها، لتجني ثمار ما عملت وجاهدت لاجله ،حيث تبني لها شخصية تفضلها وتعرف بها .وهذا يفرض على المقابل احترامها والخشية منها .واذا كانت لاهوية و لاشخصية قوية تصبح مرتع للتسكع وعدم احترامها واندثارها ،لان من يدعي الحرص والعلم والاخلاص وخدمة الوطن لم ينجح في ادارتها وكيفية العمل على إنجاحها .

ولكن كلامنا لاينطبق على الجميع فقد توجد استثناءات ،فالدول الحية التي تحوي شباب واعي ومثقف وتلك الصفة لم تأتي من فراغ و انما جاءت من علماء جعلوا من انفسهم شموع تحترق لتضيء طريق الامة لترى مالايراها غيرها وهم العلماء العالمين المخلصين لشعبهم الذين اثروا السهر وتحمل العناء على الراحة والاستجمام تحت نير الفاسدين والمحتلين واجترار ما يرموا عليهم من بقايا مانهبوا من الشعوب .

.وهنا نذكرلكم ما قال أحد علماء الذين نذروا انفسهم فداء لشعبه وبلده.الاستاذ الصرخي وكلامة موجه لشعبة العريق لياخذ كل واحد دوره في بناء وحماية البلد حيث قال في 2رجب1424 ه_30 /8/2003م جاء فيه :

( لذلك فالواجب الشرعي والاخلاقي والتاريخي يلزمنا ان نكون واعين واكثر وعيا في في معرفة الامور وتقييمها تقييما موضوعياً ، وتشخيص السلبيات ومعالجتها وتحديد الايجابيات ومنافعها والحث عليها بالقول والفعل ....... كما فلابد ان تكون وحدتنا وقوتنا في محورنا وقطبنا وغايتنا وهو حب العراق وشعبه وخدمته والحفاظ عليه من رياح واعداء المنافقين) انتهى كلام الاستاذ الصرخي .

فصاحب العلم والاخلاق ينهض بالامة بشباها الواعي من بين ركام الذل وخراب النفوس والظلم والتهجير والقتل والتكفير والطائفيه اللميتة ،لان الامل بتلك الشريحة لبناء شامخ.ومستقبل مشرق بالعلم والحرية والسلام .
