قال تعالى:ــ (وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَىٰ ۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ )
لم يقل جل وعلا فقط ( وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى ) لم يأمر بالتعاون على البر والتقوى فقط ، بل أكّد هذا بالنهى فقال : ( وَلا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ ) ثم ختم الآية بالأمر بالتقوى ( وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ) والترهيب من انتقام رب العزة : ( إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ (2) المائدة ).
كون أمرًا قوليًا بالمعروف ونهيًا عن المنكر ، لا تنفرد به طائفة معينة، بل كل المجتمع يتفاعل بعضها مع البعض ، تواصيًا بالأمر بالمعروف ، ونهيًا عن المنكر.
والتعاون ليس مجرد قول ، بل هو فعل وحركة يتحقق بها إحقاق الحق ، ليكون حركة المجتمع فى السعي للخير ، وفى إصلاح نفسه بنفسه ، بحيث تكون القيم العليا هى العُملة السائدة، فى التعامل بين أفراد المجتمع ،فى محيط الأسرة والعمل والشارع والمدرسة والسوق والعشيرة بكل طوائفه.

وكما وأعربت السادة الصرخية في العراق ، أنها ستحاسب وبكل شدة ومن خلال أبنائها الغيارى عشائريًا وقانونيًا ، وبكل الوسائل المتاحة و معاقبة وملاحقة كل من يتجرأ على أي فرد من القبيلة أوالمساس بأفرادها ، وعلى المقابل أن يحترم تلك العادات والتقاليد وأن أي شخص مستقبلا ينشرأو يسيء ويقوم بنشر أشياء غير لائقة ولاتمت إلى الإسلام ولاالشرع ولاالقانون بصلة ، والتي تنشر أو من خلال الحديث المتداول بين عامة الناس أو في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أو من يتعرض بسب أو فاحشة أو كلام بذيء لشخص السيد الصرخي أو شخصًا آخرًا من أبناء العشيرة ستتم ملاحقته وتسليمه إلى القضاء لينال عقابه
